Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in Engineering Services Sales to expand our footprint in the US and Europe markets. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through technical solution-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Engineering Services in the Indian, US and Europe markets by doing outreaching.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to pitch suitable engineering solutions (e.g., product design, CAD/CAE, embedded systems, plant engineering, etc.).
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and strategic accounts.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal submission to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company in trade shows, webinars, and client meetings (virtual and in-person).

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Development/Sales of Engineering Services.
  • Strong understanding of global engineering outsourcing models and solution selling.
  • Prior experience in engaging with clients in the GCCs/ US and/or Europe is mandatory.
  • Exposure to industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Machinery, Energy, or Medical Devices is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering MBA is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
