The primary responsibility includes sales, business development and ability to work with channel partners, key core sector customers to capture new sales across the zone and key customers.
- Identify competitive offering, competitors price list, and their products and report the same to the management, develop new products for the customers, and implement strategies to counter market moves.
- Co-ordinate and communicate the activities with Head office to deliver best customer Experience, we aim for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to successfully resolve service and performance related issues with the customers with the ability to excel in team work.
- Establish direct relationship with management of direct customers and channel partners to ensure 100 percent repeat orders.
- Manage key accounts and develop new business by identifying new applications to improve our share in those accounts, specially large corporate OEM’s, EPC, Steel, Power (Private Sector and the government state run Power Plants, NTPC; amongst others including CPP plant inside the steel and alumina plants).
- Ability to manage technical complaints and trouble shoot on time to the customers satisfaction, ability to conduct product seminars, training workshop for plant process engineers, fitters, end users to have technical knowledge on how to cut and fit our Champion gland packing rings, Champion PCG Pre-Engineered Gaskets, PTFE Gaskets, Champion PTFE Tapes, SWG etc.
- Managing channel partner conflicts to achieve business plans and conducting monthly meetings with channel partners to review targets.
