Business Development Executive

About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for someone who can help our clients grow by identifying the right job opportunities for them and applying on their behalf. Your primary responsibility will be to identify relevant roles, tailor applications, and ensure that everything is submitted correctly and on time. If you're organized, good at writing, and enjoy helping people succeed, this role is for you.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Research and identify relevant job opportunities that align with the client's goals.
• Tailor and submit well-crafted applications on behalf of clients across job boards and platforms.
• Monitor application progress, follow up where appropriate, and ensure timely reporting.
• Assist in optimizing client profiles and portfolios for maximum visibility and impact.
• Stay informed about industry trends and target market activity to refine your outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve client success outcomes.

Requirements:

• Comfortable navigating job portals and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
• Excellent written communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client pipelines simultaneously.
• Highly organized with a self-starter mindset.

Role Type: Internship + PPO Offer

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
