Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Indore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving new business opportunities. The role also includes managing client accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting team initiatives to ensure organizational growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall success.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and identifying opportunities for growth
• Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management to sustain and expand client relationships
• Effective Communication abilities, with a focus on negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Experience in a sales or business development role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
