As a proactive and driven Business Development Executive in the technology sector, your role will involve focusing on outbound sales efforts to drive revenue growth and expand the client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and closing deals aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting potential clients in Web & Mobile App Development and Digital Marketing. - Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to introduce IT solutions and services. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the technology sector. - Build strong relationships with prospective clients by offering custom solutions based on understanding their business needs. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations. - Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients. - Negotiate contracts with clients while following company policies. - Track and report on sales activities and achievements against targets. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in the IT sector. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
