Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive for IT / Software / ERP Sales based in Noida, your role will involve driving sales for IT solutions such as software products, ERP solutions, and web development services. You are expected to possess good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and be adept at handling client meetings both in-person and online. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential clients for software, ERP, and web development services. - Conduct product presentations and client meetings, including field visits as necessary. - Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions. - Prepare proposals, quotations, and diligently follow up on leads to successfully close deals. - Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets effectively. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Business, IT, or related field. - 1-4 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, ERP sales, or web development sales. - Possess excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with clients. - Willingness to travel for client meetings within the region. - Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
