Position : Business Development Executive (Only For Men)
As a BDE, you will support the business development team to connect with new clients, understand their staffing needs, and promote our recruitment services across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients from multiple industriesReach out to decision-makers via calls, emails, LinkedInShare company profile, proposals, and service offeringsSupport lead generation, follow-ups, and meeting schedulingMaintain CRM & client data recordsCoordinate internally with recruiters for client requirementsBuild strong professional relationships with clientsAssist in generating business opportunities
