Position : Business Development Executive (Only For Men)

Location : Ludhiana, Punjab

The Business Development Executives is responsible for driving the company’s sales initiatives, enhancing its brand presence, and generating leads through effective marketing strategies. The individual will work closely with both sales and marketing teams to increase the company's market share, drive customer engagement, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage and track sales pipeline to ensure effective lead generation, conversion, and closing
• Identify and nurture potential leads using a variety of channels (social media, networking events, cold-calling, inbound leads, etc.).
• Organize and attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the brand and generate business opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role (specific industry experience may be required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
