Role Overview

Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Worker Onboarding

  : Personally meet and onboard domestic helpers, cooks, and caregivers from field areas, ensuring profile completion and verification.

• Client Acquisition

  : Educate households, gated societies, and RWAs on Nynii’s real-time services and encourage direct bookings via the app.

• Brand Outreach

  : Identify opportunities to onboard local brands, daycare centers, clinics, or eldercare facilities as Nynii partners.

• Local Area Activation

  : Plan and execute micro-campaigns, WhatsApp promotions, and referral drives in neighborhoods.

• Trust Building

  : Ensure worker training, address basic tech adoption, and build trust among users through demos and follow-ups.

• Reporting

  : Maintain daily MIS of field visits, onboarded workers, and converted clients with active reporting to the manager.

Who We’re Looking For

• Some of experience in sales, field operations, gig platforms, or social outreach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in on-ground engagement.
• Comfort with smartphones, mobile apps, and basic digital tools (WhatsApp, Excel, etc.)
• Language proficiency in Hindi and basic English (regional dialects are a plus).
• Candidates from staffing agencies, NGO fieldwork, gig onboarding, or Swiggy/Uber-level BD preferred.
