Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
  • Make outbound calls to societies and introduce our vendor and painting services.
  • Explain service offerings ( paintings packages, electrical, housekeeping, etc. ) with clarity and confidence.
  • Should have interest in Business development (B2C/ B2B) for Software Application products/services.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects until closure and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • On-boarding our services to customers will be a major KRA for a BD.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be proficient in Hindi and English language, knowing regional language will be a plus.
  • Should be comfortable to work on weekends (Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off in between Mon-Thursday.
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

Hands on MS office excel, word & PPT etc.
