Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
Make outbound calls to societies and introduce our vendor and painting services.
Explain service offerings ( paintings packages, electrical, housekeeping, etc. ) with clarity and confidence.
Should have interest in Business development (B2C/ B2B) for Software Application products/services.
Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.
Consistently follow up with prospects until closure and ensure customer satisfaction.
On-boarding our services to customers will be a major KRA for a BD.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be proficient in Hindi and English language, knowing regional language will be a plus.
Should be comfortable to work on weekends (Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off in between Mon-Thursday.
Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

Hands on MS office excel, word & PPT etc.
