Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through online bidding platforms and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, online platforms, and networking
• Engage in bidding on platforms like Upwork and generating leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with the company’s strategic goals
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and report progress to leadership
• Communicate effectively with potential clients, presenting services and negotiating deals
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other online sales platforms
• Strong market research and networking abilities
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business or IT
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
