About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Telecallers to join our International Sales team. You will be responsible for selling our lead generation packages to construction companies, helping them grow their business by connecting them with potential clients. The product is in high demand, making it an easy and rewarding sell for motivated individuals

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential international clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Present and explain our lead generation packages tailored for construction companies.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions in the CRM.

Requirements:

• Fresher to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (International process preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in a night shift.
