About the Role:

Business Development Executives (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate business leads through online bidding portals (e.g., Upwork).
  • Draft proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Communicate with international clients via calls, chats, and emails to understand project requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:

    MBA (Marketing/Finance/International Business preferred).
  • Knowledge:

    Basic understanding of online bidding portals like Upwork.
  • Communication:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Presentation:

    Ability to draft compelling business proposals and client emails.
  • Attitude:

    Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive mindset.
