About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and well presented professional who enjoys meeting people and building long term relationships. The role involves visiting corporate offices and connecting with HR, Marketing and Administration leaders to understand their requirements in areas such as:

• Employee engagement initiatives.
• Corporate gifting and branded merchandise.
• Rewards & recognition programs.
• Festival and client gifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach and acquire potential corporate clients for new business opportunities.
• Conduct field visits to corporate companies and schedule meetings with key decision makers.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized gifting/engagement solutions.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, present offerings and close deals.
• Stay updated on market trends in corporate gifting, branding and employee engagement solutions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Pleasant personality with confidence in client facing interactions.
• Experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting or event solutions preferred (not mandatory).
• Self motivated, target driven and comfortable with regular field visits.

Experience:

6 months to 1 year of experience dealing with HNI or corporate clients preferred
