Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with experience in IT Sales to drive revenue growth through direct and field sales. The candidate will be responsible for selling software, hardware, IT infrastructure, desktops, and laptops to corporate and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibility Areas :-

Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Number of deals closed vs. pipeline.
Contribution to overall territory/segment growth.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

Number of new leads generated weekly/monthly.
Quality of pipeline and conversion ratio.
Maintaining and updating CRM or sales tracker.

Customer Engagement & Satisfaction

Number of customer visits/meetings per week.
Customer satisfaction feedback.
Repeat orders from existing customers.

Reporting & Documentation

Timely submission of daily calls, weekly updates, and monthly reports.
Accuracy of pipeline vs. forecast.
Documentation of proposals, quotes, and order closures.

Product & Market Knowledge

Ability to present products clearly to customers.
Participation in product training and certifications.
Understanding of competitor activities and market trends.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

% Target Achievement (monthly/quarterly)
No. of qualified leads generated
Pipeline value vs. targets
Closure ratio (win/loss)
Customer retention rate
Accuracy of monthly reports & forecasts
Timely proposal submission.
