Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Associate in the EdTech sector, your role will involve reaching out to schools in Hazaribagh, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Ramgarh, Dhanbad, Bokaro to promote and sell our self-developed Olympiads. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in sales and education technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and generate leads through school visits, counseling sessions, and local networking. - Pitch and demonstrate our self-developed Olympiads to schools and faculties. - Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to increase brand awareness and drive sales. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and follow-ups in CRM. - Organize seminars, workshops, and demo sessions in schools and institutions. - Provide feedback from the market to enhance product offerings and sales strategy. - Handle customer queries and ensure post-sales support for client satisfaction. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). - 03 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales. - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. In this role, you will drive B2B sales in the assigned region, develop strategies to expand market reach, engage with customers to ensure recurring sales, and collaborate closely with the sales manager and marketing team to align strategies.
