About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our training division. You will drive growth by promoting our soft skills and corporate training programs, building strong client relationships, and creating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with colleges, corporates, and institutions.
Promote training programs and achieve sales/revenue targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and client needs.
Collaborate with marketing and training teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Negotiate proposals, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain sales records and report progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
