Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Counseling

  • Call and follow up with incoming leads for career counseling
  • Understand the learners career goals and recommend suitable courses
  • Maintain lead database and ensure timely follow-ups

Walk-in Coordination

  • Set up and conduct walk-in sessions at the center
  • Schedule demo classes and ensure smooth execution of the counseling process

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Meet weekly/monthly admission targets
  • Drive revenue through strategic selling and upselling of courses

Operations & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage student onboarding and support
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
  • Maintain CRM and ensure all conversations are recorded properly

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, persuasive, and target-oriented
  • Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Hindi/Marathi (regional language preferred)
