As a Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve prospecting and lead generation through market research and networking. Your primary focus will be on generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline to achieve and surpass sales targets. Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the management will be crucial to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients and businesses through market research and networking. - Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline. - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. - Develop relationships with cold and warm leads to understand their business needs. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. - Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. - Collaborate with the team to create customized solutions for clients. - Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and increase brand awareness. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of field sales experience. - Location requirement: Chennai, Tamil Nadu. - Job Type: Full-time, work location in person.
