About the Role

Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute

  lead generation campaigns

  through LinkedIn, email, and other social media platforms.
• Use

  lead generation tools

  such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms to identify and qualify prospects.
• Engage with leads through

  cold emailing and cold calling

  to introduce our solutions.
• Schedule and coordinate

  product demonstrations

  and meetings with prospective clients.
• Manage the

  sales pipeline

  and ensure consistent follow-ups to move opportunities forward.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies.
• Drive

  B2B IT sales

  initiatives across both international and domestic markets.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and sales metrics to management.
• Maintain strong knowledge of company offerings, industry trends, and competitor landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–7 years of proven experience in

  business development / IT sales

  (B2B, domestic & international).
• Hands-on experience with

  lead generation tools

  like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong experience in

  cold calling, cold emailing, and meeting setup

  for product presentations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of

  sales pipeline management

  and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results.
