Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through

    LinkedIn, email outreach, and professional networking platforms

  • Conduct

    account-based prospecting

    using various tools and automation platforms.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers across industries.
  • Nurture leads through strong communication, follow-ups, and personalized engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Track, measure, and optimize lead generation efforts for maximum ROI.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in

    B2B lead generation and outreach

    (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of

    sales funnels, prospecting methods, and CRM tools

  • Excellent written and verbal

    communication & negotiation skills

    .
  • Ability to perform

    market research and identify potential business opportunities

    .
  • Experience with

    cold outreach, personalized messaging, and nurturing sequences

    .
  • A proactive attitude, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital service industries.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, or Instantly.
  • Prior experience in handling
