The company also engages in the import and export of polymer additives and heat stabilizers for engineering plastics and compounding. Laveek Addchem operates a joint venture polymer processing aid (PPA) manufacturing facility in Fujian, China, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 MT. Serving a diverse range of industries, including plastics, paints, inks, coatings, pharmaceuticals, textiles, and detergents, the company has a robust distribution network with warehouses across major cities in India.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive based in Vadodara, Gujarat , India .The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating quality leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing strategic accounts. Additional day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Requirments & Qualifications :

• Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities.
• Proficient in Business acumen and strategic thinking to develop growth-focused plans.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in Account Management to maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor's / Master degree in chemical field like Chemical Engineering OR B.Sc / M.Sc In Chemical
• Familiarity with chemicals, polymer additives, or related industries is a plus.
• Fresh / Exp Both
