Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Lead to lead our growth efforts in the IN region. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and leading business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong network, experience working with tech and service companies, and a solid understanding of the digital landscape, including AI tools and lead generation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • ● Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales

  • prospects, lead project discussions, and negotiate to close deals

  • ● Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for lead generation
  • and nurturing potential clients.
  • ● ClientRelationshipManagement:Cultivatestrong,long-term
  • relationships with clients and ensure value delivery.
  • ○ Oversee client satisfaction and ensure an exceptional customer
  • experience.
  • ○ Anticipate and solve any client concerns proactively.
  • ○ Manage communication to ensure projects run smoothly,
  • professionally, and with clear processes.
  • Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • ● TechandServiceIndustryExperience:Provenexperienceindriving
  • business development in tech or services companies, preferably
  • within the Shopify service domain.
  • ● Strong Network: Well-connected within the tech and service
  • industries, with experience working with large, tech-savvy companies.
  • ● AI & Lead Generation Tools: Proficient in using AI tools, Apollo, and
  • other lead generation platforms to drive growth.
  • ● Email Campaigns: Experience with email marketing, bulk email
  • strategies, and campaigns.
  • ● Educational Background: A BTech or engineering background is an
  • asset.
  • ● Customer-Centric: Ability to ensure clients receive high-value,
  • organized, and professional service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • ● Communication&AnalyticalSkills:Excellentcommunicationskills,
  • both written and verbal, with strong business acumen and the ability to carry out business model discussions.
  • ● Certifications: Marketing certifications, UI/UX skills, and certifications in product management or design thinking are a plus.
  • ● Growth&BusinessStrategy:Experienceinformulatingand executing growth strategies and business-building efforts.
