Key Responsibilities-: Lead Generation & Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital platforms to generate new leads. MyJobMag Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Initiate contact with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives and market demands. Shine Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, prepare proposals, and close deals that contribute to the company's revenue targets. Zimyo HRMS Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports to senior management to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Required Qualifications:- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
