Business Development Executive

Job description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in the interior design sector. This role includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key industry players, and enhancing client engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in interior design or related fields, with strong industry knowledge and a network of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and potential business opportunities in the hospitality sector.

2. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.

3. Identify and engage prospective clients, including event planners, corporate groups, and travel agencies.

4. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.

5. Build relationships with vendors and partners to enhance brand presence.

6. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client reports.

7. Maintain a database of leads and follow up on sales opportunities to convert them into clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of design industry trends and client management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
