Job Description

  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients based on their

evolving needs.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their requirements and provide

tailored solutions.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client

satisfaction.

  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities

and improve offerings.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status

using CRM tools.

  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the companys reach and

build new relationships.

Staffing experience in C2H.

  • Client Centricity: understand internal/external clients (e.g. committees, working groups,

country representatives, etc.,) needs and concerns in the short too long- term and to provide

sound recommendations and/or solutions.

  • Diplomatic Sensitivity: understanding other people. It includes the ability to hear accurately and

understand unspoken, partly expressed thoughts, feelings and concerns of others. Included in

this competency is an emphasis on cross-cultural sensitivity

  • Strategic Networking: working to build and maintain friendly, trustworthy and open internal and

external relationships and networks with people who are, or might become, important actors in

achieving strategic-related goals

  • Developing Talent: fostering an environment that will encourage professional and personal

growth and the transfer of knowledge to future talent

Eligibility Criteria:

1)Should have completed Btech or MBA

2) Should have aggregate above 65%

3)Years of experience 6 months to 5 years (Can have experience - Knowledge of recruitment

process in mandatory)

1)Work location – Marathahalli, Bangalore

2)Work from Office model, 5 days a week
