Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving student enrollments and revenue growth, primarily catering to AUS, ANZ, UK-US-based parents during night shifts. Key Responsibilities Understand and align with our vision, mission, and growth objectives. Engage with prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings. Build strong relationships with new clients while maintaining trust with existing ones. Clearly communicate course structures, learning outcomes, pricing, and teacher profiles. Maintain accurate lead and client data in CRM systems. Follow up rigorously with leads and ensure high conversion rates. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment. Be comfortable conducting live video counseling sessions with parents. Collaborate closely with academic, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
