Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing IT services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales for IT solutions including software development, web/app development, digital marketing, and cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads via platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email marketing, and cold calling.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand and promote company services.
• Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate, and close deals.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM, and prepare sales reports.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions.
• Experience with lead generation and client handling.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, CRM tools, and online bidding platforms.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales, especially in IT or SaaS-based companies.
• Knowledge of digital marketing services, app/web development, or cloud solutions is a plus.
