Job Title: Business Development Executive – IT/Digital Marketing Sales Experience : Minimum 4+ years Location: Noida (Onsite) Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST) – US Shifts Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Preferred Timings: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Perks & Benefits: Meal facility during shift hours Traveling Allowance Cab facility for female employees About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT services and Digital Marketing sales. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling services related to Software Development, Web Design, Mobile Applications, SEO, SMO, PPC, and other digital solutions to international clients across US, UK, Canada, Europe, Middle East, and Australia. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to proposal presentation and deal closure. Develop and execute lead generation strategies through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, chat messengers, and other digital channels. Promote and pitch services related to App/Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, SMO, PPC, and other IT offerings. Handle client mapping, prospecting, client interaction, and negotiations independently. Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, technical, and support) to customize proposals and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to facilitate up-selling and cross-selling. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices. Regularly follow up on leads, nurture potential clients, and convert prospects into business opportunities. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development within the IT services and digital marketing industry. Proven expertise in selling services like Web Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, SMO, PPC, CRM, ERP, etc. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficient in using MS Office tools and CRM systems. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to work in Night Shift aligned to US time zones.
