Location: Bangalore, Vijayawada, Nagpur, GoaGender: Male | Conveyance: Two-wheeler requirediSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Business Development Executive

About the Role: As a Growth Executive, youll drive regional business growth by building strong relationships with transporters and truck owners, onboarding them to our platform, and expanding market presence through active field engagement

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region

Visit and onboard transporters & truck owners as per the hub-and-spoke model
Build and maintain strong local relationships for business growth
Assist partners in using the companys mobile app for smooth operations
Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation
Travel extensively (up to 70%) within the region

Qualifications
:Strong communication (Hindi & English)

Target-driven with good rapport-building skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office
Energetic, sincere, and analytical mindset
Prior experience in logistics is an added advantage
