Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for making inbound/outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our IT solutions and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.


Responsibilities:-

  • Make inbound/outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Introduce and present our products/services to prospects, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Follow up with customers to gather feedback and provide additional information as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to share insights, strategies, and best practices for improving sales performance.
  • Meeting or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lead generation.


Requirement:-

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Pleasing, energetic and confident personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling proposals, delivering persuasive presentations, and conducting successful pitches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective task prioritization, time management, and deadline adherence.
