Business Development Executive (International)

As a Business Development Executive (International) at Zucol Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expanding its customer base. Zucol, a multidimensional company with offices in multiple locations including Gurugram, Noida, Indore, Pune, Kolkata, Jaipur, and Udaipur, has been in operation for over 14 years with a team of 800+ employees. Your responsibilities will include: Lead Generation: - Conducting comprehensive research to identify potential customers such as students, writers, and other relevant audiences. Customer Engagement: - Initiating contact with inbound users through calls and emails to establish meaningful connections. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): - Assisting new clients in the onboarding process to ensure they are well-informed about Desklib's offerings and can effectively utilize them. Social Media Leads Gathering: - Leveraging social media platforms to gather leads and expand the customer base. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and a demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads through various channels.
