Job Type: Internship (Paid – Stipend Based)

Job Location: On-site / Hybrid / Remote

Internship Duration: 6 months

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (Intern) who is confident in communication, proactive in research, and eager to gain hands-on exposure to real business development activities. In addition to supporting sales proposals and client communication, the intern will actively participate in company video podcasts, taking on the role of interviewer and coordinator, working closely with internal teams and external guests.

This role is ideal for someone who is articulate, curious, and comfortable engaging with professionals in both written and verbal formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales Support

    • Prepare and draft sales proposals, pitch documents, and client presentations
    • Assist in reviewing agreements, proposals, and commercial documents before sharing with clients
    • Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs required for proposals and client communication
    • Identify and research new business leads and opportunities
    • Prepare customized presentations and sales decks for prospects
    • Participate in online client calls, discussions, and follow-ups
    • Take part in offline meetings and internal discussions when required
    • Ensure all written communication is clear, grammatically strong, and professionally structured
    • Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Podcast & Brand Engagement Responsibilities

    • Take up the role of interviewer / host for company video podcasts
    • Conduct independent research on podcast guests, including their background, expertise, and industry relevance
    • Prepare well-thought-out, relevant, and engaging interview questions aligned with business and brand objectives
    • Coordinate with podcast guests for scheduling, briefing, and discussion flow
    • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth planning and execution of podcast recordings
    • Support end-to-end podcast execution, including preparation, coordination, and follow-ups
    • Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, and clarity during on-camera interactions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Performance during the internship will be evaluated based on the following parameters:

  • Sales & Business Development KPIs

    • Proposal & Document Quality: Accuracy, structure, clarity, and grammatical correctness of proposals, agreements, and presentations.
    • Proposal Turnaround Time: Timely preparation and delivery of proposals within agreed timelines.
    • Lead Research & Identification: Quality and relevance of leads identified through research and support activities.
    • Presentation Effectiveness: Quality, clarity, and professionalism of sales decks and pitch materials.
    • Communication Effectiveness: Confidence and clarity in written communication and during online client calls.
    • Attention to Detail: Minimal errors, adherence to formats, and accuracy in all client-facing documents.
  • Podcast & Content KPIs

    • Research Quality: Depth and relevance of research conducted on podcast guests and topics.
    • Question Preparation: Relevance, structure, and engagement level of interview questions prepared.
    • On-Camera Communication: Confidence, articulation, and professionalism during podcast recordings.
    • Coordination & Execution: Effectiveness in coordinating with guests and internal teams to ensure smooth podcast execution.
    • Consistency & Ownership: Preparedness, punctuality, and ability to take ownership of podcast-related responsibilities.

    • Strong grammar, articulation, and professional writing ability
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Strong presentation and interviewing skills
    • Confident in handling online meetings and on-camera interactions
    • Strong research and information-gathering skills
    • Proactive, dynamic personality with an ownership mindset
    • Comfortable interacting with senior professionals and external stakeholders
    • Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint / Documentation tools
