Business Development Executive Intern

Creative IT Brains Pvt Ltd is Urgently Hiring a Business Development Executive.

Min 1 year experience required. ( Freshers also welcome, training will be provided)

Experience in selling offshore IT consulting services, custom application development/bespoke software, offshore products development, mobility,Digital Marketing (SEO,SMO) QA & testing, analytics, AI, ML, etc.

Acquiring new customers and adding new Logos

Experience in lead generation through Linkedin/calling and Email campaigns.

This is an individual contributor role with the ability to generate leads as well as close deals.

Experience in planning and meeting/exceeding targets

Developing relationships with teams spread around the world

Having an in-depth knowledge of IT services and the value proposition

Drafting and reviewing contracts, and writing business proposals.

Negotiating with stakeholders

Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

Following industry trends locally and internationally

Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

Developing partnerships with vendors

Other desired skills are:

This is a hunter role with individual revenue contribution.

Technical knowledge relating to software development is helpful but not required.

High-level communication skills

Stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to negotiate

Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
