Job Description

Job Description: Business Development& Sales Engineer Identify and generate new business opportunities through Defence, and other government units like NPCIL, ISRO, DRDO, etc., across India. Conduct customer visits to strengthen client relationships and drive opportunity conversions. Initiate new business opportunities and convert them into business with existing PIPL products and NPDs. Follow up with the potential customer and conduct the customer visits to understand the voice of the customer. Work with the customer and internal PIPLR&D team for the concept development, work out costing, and prepare the customized, budgetary quotation. Follow up on BQs, RFPs, TNCs, PNCs, & Purchase Orders Identify new online potential areas of business and process online registration wherever required. Generate high-quality sales leads from the online tender portal. Ensure on-time submission of bids and follow-ups. Follow up with the manufacturing team for the update on the closure and liaison with the customer. Follow up with customers for payment and after-sales Identify & develop indigenous manufacturing options to meet customer demands. Participate the trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to increase the visibility of the products. Ensure compliance with quality requirements per ISO 9001 guidelines. Qualifications & Experience Requirements Education: Engineering graduate in mechanical, production, instrumentation, or electrical fields. Any graduate with sales experience in the manufacturing industry. MBA preferred (added advantage). Experience: Must have 4-7 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry. Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Outstanding research, multitasking, and organizational skills.
