Job Title: Business Development Executive/ Inside Sales (Fresher) Location: Pune (Work From Office) Job Type: Full-time Experience: Fresher (0-1 years) Industry: IT Services and Consulting Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Sales Head Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive/ Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, technology, and building client relationships. You will help drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales cycle for our IT services and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential prospects and business opportunities in international markets (USA). Generate leads via email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calling, networking and schedule meetings for senior sales staff. Effective follow up with potential prospects. Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information. Support the sales and marketing team in creating outreach strategies. Work closely with Sales and Technical teams to learn and understand about technology, solutions. Stay updated with technology, industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Requirements: Masters in Business Administration (good to have if BE in Software Engineering/IT, BCA, BCS) Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn about IT services and solutions. Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Software development services. Internship experience in sales/marketing for IT services company will be an added advantage. Comfortable using LinkedIn and other business networking platforms.
