Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for potential clients in target markets (corporate, sports, brand activations, etc.)
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Pitch event solutions to prospects through presentations, proposals, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, logistics) to create tailored event proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine offerings.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent the company.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to operations team
  • Maintain CRM database and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
