Business Development Executive - HoReCa

As a Business Development Executive in our company, your role will involve driving sales in the HoReCa channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers/Cafes) by leveraging your industry connections and expertise in building long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and onboarding new HoReCa clients such as hotels, restaurants, QSRs, caterers, canteens, and cafes. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and decision-makers in HoReCa accounts. - Driving sales growth through effective promotion of the product portfolio and ensuring regular order flow. - Negotiating pricing, credit terms, and contracts in accordance with company policies. - Tracking competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to develop successful strategies. - Ensuring distributor alignment for seamless supply chain and service to HoReCa clients. - Achieving monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. - Conducting product demos, sampling, and chef engagement activities to drive adoption. - Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for seamless execution. Your success in this role will be enhanced by your strong knowledge of the HoReCa industry and an existing network. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Being self-driven and capable of achieving targets independently, having a problem-solving attitude, and understanding pricing, margins, and B2B sales dynamics will be crucial for your effectiveness.
