Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive – Field Sales to drive lead generation and expand customer outreach. The role involves field visits, direct interaction with potential clients, and building a pipeline of qualified leads for business conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and generate new leads
• Promote company products/services through door-to-door campaigns, meetings, and local market outreach
• Collect and maintain a database of potential customers
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team
• Represent the brand professionally in the field
• Participate in local events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
• Submit daily reports and updates to the reporting manager
• Collaborate with internal teams for lead nurturing and closure
• Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in field-based client interaction
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Basic understanding of the sales funnel and customer acquisition
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
• Ability to use mobile apps, CRM, and Excel for lead tracking

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)
• Fluency in local language and English is preferred

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
