Business Development Manager


As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling our task and work automation applications to businesses across various industries. This is an exciting opportunity to help companies transform their operations through automation, and you'll be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing deals that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell our task and work automation applications to potential clients.
  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and pursue new leads through research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Presentations:

    Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, explaining how our solutions can streamline their workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Negotiations & Closing Deals:

    Lead negotiations with clients and close sales deals by clearly articulating the value of task automation and its impact on business operations.
  • Relationship Building:

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in various industries to drive customer retention and growth.
  • Market Research:

    Stay informed on industry trends and competitor solutions to identify new opportunities and refine sales tactics.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the product and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals, promotional materials, and sales strategies.
  • CRM Management:

    Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system to track progress and forecast sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

    MBA or BBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Proven experience in business development or sales, with a focus on B2B, automation solutions, or software products.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of task and work automation applications, business process automation, and their benefits for businesses.
  • Sales Expertise:

    Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals with key stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical solutions in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Self-Motivated:

    Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Understanding:

    Familiarity with automation tools and software solutions is a plus.
  • CRM Proficiency:

    Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and client relationships.
