Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Generate leads through online platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales (IT industry preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and bidding platforms is a plus
