Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and closing deals. You will collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals and ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential leads and opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
• Present and pitch company services clearly and confidently to potential clients
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with business objectives
• Follow up on leads and move them through the sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and conversions
• Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to support campaigns and service improvements
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
