Role & responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target prospective clients in various sectors (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance). This often involves cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.Expertise in using tools like apollo,lusha
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, including HR heads, hiring managers, and C-level executives. Understand their specific staffing needs and challenges to propose tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

    Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure:

    Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals with clients to secure new accounts and meet revenue goals.
  • Collaboration and Account Management:

    Work closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and the successful delivery of qualified candidates. Manage existing accounts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new technologies to provide valuable insights and ensure the company remains competitive.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:

    A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the staffing/recruitment industry is typically required, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Communication & Negotiation:

    Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are crucial for building rapport and closing deals effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking:

    The ability to think strategically and analytically to identify opportunities, develop actionable plans, and solve client problems is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), MS Office Suite, and sales tracking tools is expected.
  • Self-Motivation & Organization:

    The role demands a self-starter with strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
