Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive for IT Hardware and Software Sales in Coimbatore. The role involves B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, and account management for IT solutions, retail automation, and enterprise technology products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business development and B2B sales of IT hardware and software solutions
  • Sales of Barcode Printers, POS Machines, Scanners, Mobile Computers, Retail Automation Solutions
  • Lead generation through field sales, cold calling, channel sales, and referrals
  • Client acquisition, relationship management, and key account handling
  • Requirement analysis, solution selling, and techno-commercial proposals
  • Quotation preparation, negotiation, and order closure
  • Coordination with presales, technical support, and operations teams
  • Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, MIS, and forecasting reports
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Market research, competitor analysis, and pricing intelligence

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of IT hardware sales, software sales, B2B technology sales
  • Experience in solution selling and enterprise sales
  • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle
  • Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to travel in Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, and nearby locations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or Marketing
  • 1–4 years experience in IT hardware sales / software sales / B2B sales
  • Freshers with internship or field sales exposure may apply
