Job Description

We are looking for a Presales Executive to support our sales team in providing technical and solution-level support for Barcode Hardware and AIDC solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable hardware, and assisting in proposal and quotation preparation.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable Barcode Printers, Scanners, Mobile Computers, and POS hardware
• Support sales team during client meetings, demos, and technical discussions
• Prepare technical proposals, BOM, quotations, and RFQs
• Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for product details and pricing
• Assist in tender documentation and compliance
• Maintain presales documentation and follow-ups

Requirements

• Diploma / Graduate in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in Presales / Technical Sales Support
• Knowledge of Barcode Printers, Scanners, POS systems, and Retail Automation
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
