Job Title: Business Development Executive – Education Sales Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday) Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in Sales Education: Graduation is Mandatory Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for education. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our online undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses to prospective students. Key Responsibilities: Drive enrollment for online UG/PG courses through direct sales and lead conversion Understand student requirements and provide course guidance accordingly Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to close admissions Meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales in CRM Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign feedback and improvements Requirements: Graduation is mandatory Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (preferably in edtech or telesales) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and handle objections confidently Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools --- Interested in a career in sales?
