About the Role

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
• Assist in identifying potential customers and market segments.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

2. Email Management

• Check and respond to incoming business emails promptly and professionally.
• Draft, format, and send communication to clients and prospects.
• Maintain email records and ensure timely follow-ups.

3. Social Media Management

• Manage and update company social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Create basic content, schedule posts, and engage with followers.
• Track engagement metrics and share insights with the team.

4. Calling & Client Communication

• Make outbound calls for lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination.
• Handle inbound queries and route them to the concerned team.
• Build rapport with clients and assist in understanding their requirements.

5. Data Management

• Maintain and update databases, CRM tools, lead sheets, and reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Generate weekly and monthly business development reports.

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Social media handling experience is a plus.
• Good telephone etiquette and client-handling ability.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
