Job Description

Company Overview:

  • Lead Generation

    : Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including market research, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management

    : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Business Proposal

    : Assist in the preparation of persuasive business proposals, presentations, and bids to secure new projects and contracts.
  • Sales Support

    : Provide support to the Business Development Manager and team in executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
  • Market Research

    : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to gain insights and leverage business opportunities effectively.
  • Business Meetings

    : Schedule and participate in business meetings with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals to promote company services and offerings.
  • CRM Maintenance

    : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Networking

    : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand the network of potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborative Approach

    : Work closely with the project management, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis

    : Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development performance for review by senior management.
  • Industry Knowledge

    : Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes to identify potential business opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree in Business Administration or a similar qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience:

    Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or a related role in the civil and construction industries, with a successful track record of lead generation and client relationship management and MBA Marketing Fresher are also welcome.
