Key Responsibilities:

• Support business development initiatives and operational activities.
• Create and maintain prospect databases, identify target segments, and plan outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Tech Solutions team to align proposals with client requirements
• Prepare proposals, assist with negotiations, and support contract finalization and bidding processes.
• Coordinate invoice scheduling, payment collection, and delivery tracking with internal teams.
• Manage and update Zoho CRM to ensure accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely client delivery.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and follow-up.

Requirements:

• MBA graduate from a recognized institution.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong potential may also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A person with strong relationship-building skills.
• Eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of negotiations would be an advantage.
