Key Responsibilities · Support business development initiatives and operational activities. · Create and maintain prospect databases, identify target segments, and plan outreach campaigns. · Collaborate with the Tech Solutions team to align proposals with client requirements · Prepare proposals, assist with negotiations, and support contract finalization and bidding processes. · Coordinate invoice scheduling, payment collection, and delivery tracking with internal teams. · Manage and update Zoho CRM to ensure accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions. · Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely client delivery. · Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and follow-up. Requirements · MBA graduate from a recognized institution. · 1-2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong potential may also apply). · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · A person with strong relationship-building skills. · Eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. · Basic knowledge of negotiations would be an advantage.
